aaax Design Focus (defining the outcome)

We work to transform and integrate what is imagined into a physical reality that is sustainable, enhanced, and a beneficial whole to all. We envision new architecture from a business need and a desire to realise certain benefits. And to achieve this; an imagined new, more sustainable reality, we apply extensive upfront planning that takes the project work through many process steps, activities, and tasks; ranging from the soft; the design and emotional, to the hard; the business and management aspects. This virtual mapping of the project path is used to set and progress the effort and works through series of steps, phases, so to deliver a safe and successful built form, and then, transition the outcome into occupation and operations.

aaax Project Management (setting the delivery)

To effectively transform and integrate the desired and imagined into a physical reality requires extensive planning with a delivery roadmap that has already combined the many disparate aspect, thus enabling the design work to be iteratively progressed and managed, while testing assumptions, theories, resolving issues, ensuring compliance, establishing priorities, creating benefits and delivering the desire outcome. This is the aaax delivery methodology; a roadmap delivery process that consists of disparate management processes, which have been integrated into its delivery methodology and used to progress the project work to deliver agreed outcomes.
The aaax delivery roadmap has the following processes:
  • Design Management Plan; to set the design path and architecture.
  • Project Management Plan; to effectively progress project works to completion.
  • Benefit Realisation Plan; to deliver benefits with the outcome.
  • Compliance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 27001:2022.

aaax TAKT Planning (delivering mega infrastructure)

We use Takt Planning as a lean tool to manage and deliver complex construction work effectively. We have found that Takt Planning assessments provide essential information on the status of site progress and output from the beginning of work until its end. This highlights both weaknesses and strengths in the way the work is executed, identifying and establishing the most appropriate ways to schedule and integrate resources into the construction works. This is especially useful with the larger infrastructure projects, which are substantially more repetitive then building projects. Our work in QATAR has applied Takt Planning to such mega infrastructure projects, which has helped set and control the construction team, organize and place resources correctly and as needed, direct construction works so to achieve the desired goals. The Takt Planning we have applied has become a valuable and precise tool that has informed how best to manage and place resources, up to the last planner outputs, and this benefiting our construction outputs.
