Established in 2012, we offer over 50 years of combined Architectural and Project Management in-house experience. We focus on applying best practice to produce innovative architectural solutions that will help to create an exciting and sustainable future.
aaax Architecture and Project Services
- We aim to provide total professional architectural and project management services that include:
- Architecture design with project management services from project initiation to completion, including Greenstar and LEED Certification. and
- Design Management (leading sub consultants); Construction Management, Procurement Management, Contract Administration Services, and Dispute Management and Arbitration Services.
- Project Delivery; Overseeing and Controlling Works, and as required, providing Lean Specialists, overseeing project lifecycles, managing engineering solutions, PMO, PMC services and ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
The projects we undertake range from Housing Projects, Mix Use / Leisure Projects, Schools, Police Stations, Hospitals, and Emergency Response Centres.
aaax Delivery Methodology
- Our project delivery methodology consists of an integrated design with the management roadmap that has effectively integrated the folllowing plans:
- Design Management Plan, which sets the design path and ensure the desired architecture is produced.
- Project Management Plan, which is used to manage (i.e. eliminate process errors, deliver a sustainable outcome safely, provide information security), and progress the project works to completion and deliver the agreed intent.
- Benefit Realisation Plan, which ensures benefits are produced as part of the outcome.
- TQCSI certified to ISO 9001 and ISO 45001, #AU1659 QC. The aaax e-certificate can be downloaded from www.tqcsi.com, selecting Certified Organisations.
